Courtney apologising to Jolene (9Now).

Nine’s The Block won the entertainment stakes overnight, pulling in the biggest audience. Its total TV national reach of 1.85 million and a total TV national average audience of 1.05 million edged out Seven’s The 1% Club UK.

On episode 44 of Nine’s renovation hit show, Courtney decided to break bread with fellow contestant Jolene.

Following a boozy farewell for Rosco’s dad — who had to be removed as the other contestants thought it was unfair that House 3 had an extra pair of free hands — Courtney woke up regretting how she hurt Jolene’s feelings. So she decided to be the bigger person and visit Jolene to offer her an apology.

The disagreement was about an interaction Jolene had with Wyatt weeks ago, which left her feeling “intimidated”.

“Me saying you can’t feel a certain way is obviously really wrong, so I apologise for that,” Courtney said to Jolene.

Jolene appreciated the apology and buried the hatchet with her competitor.

Seven’s broadcast of the UK version of the 1% Club drew a national reach of 1.44 million and an average audience of 808,000.

Over on 10, The Celebrity Traitors UK took home 20th in the overall TV Ratings. It’s most watched program of the evening raked in a reach of 632,000 and an average audience of 240,000.
