Lea Egan (main photo) and Sian Binder (pictured below) have joined independent creative agency Special Group Australia.
Prior to joining Special Group, both Binder and Egan have held positions at globally awarded agencies. Egan has created acclaimed work for lauded brands Netflix, Converse, Cadbury, and UNICEF at agencies including Anomaly New York, Droga5, Publicis Mojo and DDB.
Most recently she was a creative at Clemenger BBDO Melbourne. Meanwhile, Binder has led creative projects for Cadbury, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Toyota and Aldi at advertising agencies such as Ogilvy, Saatchi & Saatchi, BMF, Droga 5, Wunderman, and M&C Saatchi.
Egan and Binder have been working with Special Group on a project basis and have been instrumental in helping the agency win new business including Bonds and Mutti.

The creative duo joins Special Group Australia during a period of great momentum for the business, including the opening of its LA and Melbourne offices, winning the account for iconic Australian brand Bonds and being named AFR BOSS’ second most innovative media and marketing company in Australia.
