The smooth Festival of Chocolate returns for a third year, to transform The Rocks into a chocoholic’s paradise across two days, this Saturday and Sunday from 10am.
Set against the backdrop of the world’s most beautiful harbour, the smooth Festival of Chocolate will feature over 90 exhibitors along with the Callebaut Test Kitchen, the smooth Stars Stage, the Chocolatiers’ Quarters, the Lindt Lounge, the Darrell Lea Choc Lea Chill Out and the Bilpin Cider Garden Bar.
Major event sponsor, Lindt will present The Lindt Lounge on Tallawolodah Place where festival attendees can meet Lindt Master Chocolatier, Stefan Bruderer, who is arriving from Switzerland especially for the smooth Festival of Chocolate. Guests can customise their own Lindt Excellence Block or taste the three exclusive new éclair flavours, salted caramel, hazelnut and chocolate.
The Seven Network have also signed on as a major sponsor in conjunction with their new show ‘Zumbo’s Just Desserts’. Zumbo Patisserie will return as an exhibitor while top pastry chef and Adriano Zumbo’s assistant on the show, Gigi Falanga, will demonstrate her finesse and creative dessert skills in the Callebaut Test Kitchen along with a selection of Sydney’s best dessert chefs.
