NOVA Entertainment has announced the appointment of Nathan Reay to the newly created position of head of strategy and development at the company.
The new role, reporting to the company’s CEO Cathy O’Connor, will be involved in seeking and executing strategic initiatives for the group in a changing media landscape.
Reay has 14 years’ international experience in M&A with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and more recently held a senior role overseeing strategic acquisitions at Bauer Media in Australia.
CEO at NOVA Entertainment, Cathy O’Connor stated, “We see a strong opportunity for NOVA Entertainment to leverage its brands, audiences and expertise into new areas of growth for the company.

Reay commences with the company on 18 July 2016 and will be based in Sydney.
