Customer experience firm Kalido has been recognised for its approach to customer data design and platform implementation by becoming the only Salesforce Marketing Cloud partner in the Asia-Pacific region to achieve platinum status.
Kalido has continued to expand its certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud team and expertise over the past eight years to leverage the growing popularity of the data-driven marketing platform.
James Bennett, chief experience officer at Kalido, said the platinum status is a testament to the firm’s approach in how it use Salesforce Marketing Cloud for its clients.
“We have an outcomes-based approach that goes beyond the available technology,” he said.
“It’s about partnering with our clients to use the platform to better deliver experiences that ultimately drives engagement and revenue throughout all stages of the customer life cycle.”
“We also have the largest team of certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud developers and consultants in the APAC region. Some of the clients we are working with to use the platform include Crown Resorts, Tigerair, L’Oreal, AXA, Foxtel and Cotton On.
In addition to being named a platinum partner, Kalido has also been invited to join the coveted Salesforce Partner Advisory Council that provides input on the development of the partner ecosystem and go-to-market strategies.
