Women’s magazine Marie Claire staged an evening of inspiration last night with its inaugural Success Summit.

The event, with presenting partner make up brand Max Factor and supporting partner ANZ bank, was a celebration of entrepreneurial women and a natural progression for the brand, said editor and publisher Jackie Frank.

She said: “Last night was absolutely fantastic. It surpassed any expectations I had. It was so inspiring seeing women come together to share their stories and support each other. It was girl power at its best – the love in the room was palpable.

“At marie claire, we daily celebrate the achievements of remarkable Australian women and we love this chance to bring their stories to life for our readers.

“We understand the power of storytelling and connecting women with each other – it’s what we’ve been doing for 20 years – and we hope the marie claire Success Summit will inspire other women to believe they too can dream big.’’
