Haystac Announces Three Senior Hires For Brisbane Office

Dentsu Aegis Network-owned PR agency Haystac has further strengthened its Brisbane leadership team with three senior appointments who have more than 20 years’ experience working with consumer brands.

Kyra Washington (pictured above, centre) has joined Haystac Brisbane as an account director from WE Buchan Sydney, where she led the consumer sector of the agency and key accounts including eHarmony, The Cotton On Group and GSK.

Jordan Gunn (pictured above, left) has been appointed as a senior digital manager at Haystac, and joins from digital agency Young and Shand in New Zealand, where she serviced the Lion Nathan and Craft Heinz accounts.

Laura Carlin (pictured above, right) joins Haystac Brisbane as a senior account manager from Flight Centre Travel Group, where she managed the PR for Flight Centre and the group’s five specialty travel brands.

Haylie Marchant, general manager at Haystac Brisbane, said: “As the Brisbane office celebrates its sixth year in market, we’re thrilled to be adding to our senior leadership team.

“These strategic appointments come in light of a period of significant organic client growth and new business wins, and sets us up for even greater success.

“Kyra, Jordan and Laura bring a wealth of experience from both agency and client-side. We’re excited to apply their unique perspectives to further enhance the work we do to connect Australia’s largest brands with consumers in an engaging and meaningful way.”

Haystac is also gearing up to launch a creative content offering in Brisbane to support existing client needs and the continued growth of the agency’s digital offering.
