Following on the heels of Jenny Witham, the FiftyFive5 Melbourne team secures 2 new hires – Sharon Blair and Roger Kong [feature image] – to join Matthew Pearce in the growing Melbourne team.

Sharon has over 20 years of experience in the market research industry. She has worked in both client and agency insights roles as well as customer strategy in Australia and South Africa. Her experience has includes commercial, not-for-profit, social and market research in multi-country project environments. In her roles at Kantar, Colmar Brunton and Research International, Sharon tackled a diverse range of client problems. She brings deep expertise to both commercial and social projects with her masters of psychology and passion for social sciences.

Roger is a quantitative researcher with skills in managing customised projects and ongoing performance monitoring across a variety of industries including retail, financial services, aged care, primary industries, higher education and logistics. Roger recently worked for Kantar as an Associate Director specialising in services sector research. Roger enjoys tackling strategic business problems and delivering insights in an impactful way to clients.
