Cairns Crocodiles presented by Pinterest has secured a major global name for its 2026 program, with former Mars Petcare global chief growth officer Najoh Tita-Reid confirmed as a speaker.
Tita-Reid is one of the industry’s most influential growth leaders, known for driving transformation at the intersection of AI, creativity and marketing across some of the world’s biggest brands.
Most recently, she led the global growth agenda for Mars Petcare, one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing sectors, aligning strategy, data and creativity to unlock enterprise-wide value across pet nutrition, health and services. Her role marked one of the most expansive growth remits in modern marketing, spanning brand, experience and commercial performance at scale.
Prior to that, she served as chief brand and experience officer at Mars Petcare, where she played a key role in advancing the company’s digital transformation and strengthening its connection with consumers globally.
“Najoh is a globally recognised leader who has been named to Campaign US’s CMO 50 and Fortune’s Top 50 Entrepreneurial CMOs, and her work as co-founder of the Black Executive CMO Alliance speaks to her commitment to expanding access and opportunity for the next generation of leaders,” said Cairns Crocodiles content director Pippa Chambers.
“To have someone of Najoh’s calibre joining us, jetting in from London, is a brilliant win,” Chambers added. “She brings a truly global perspective on growth, and we feel very lucky to have her on the Crocs stage.”
Tita-Reid’s career also includes global leadership roles as chief marketing officer at Logitech, overseeing brand, marketing and e-commerce across more than 120 countries, alongside senior positions at Procter & Gamble, Bayer, Merck & Co. and GlobalHue.
During her nearly two decades at Procter & Gamble, she held a number of senior roles across multicultural marketing, where she developed the breakthrough “My Black Is Beautiful” campaign and was recognised by Advertising Age as one of the “10 Who Made Their Mark”.
At Cairns Crocodiles, Tita-Reid will deliver a solo address before the session transitions into a candid fireside chat with Sarah O’Carroll, editor-in-chief of Forbes Australia.
O’Carroll brings more than a decade of media leadership experience across Yahoo Finance Australia, Private Media, Women’s Agenda and news.com.au, and is known for shaping impactful business and leadership conversations.
“The addition of Tita-Reid further strengthens the Cairns Crocodiles line-up, as the festival continues to bring together global and local leaders at the forefront of marketing, media and creativity,” Chambers added.
Cairns Crocodiles presented by Pinterest takes place from Tuesday 12 May to Thursday 14 May. The 2026 program features an expanding roster of global voices alongside leading Australian talent, cementing the event’s position as one of the region’s most influential gatherings for the industry.
