Dentsu Aegis Network Promotes Paul Brooks To President Of Amplifi, ANZ

Dentsu Aegis Network Australia today announces that Paul Brooks (right) has been promoted to the role of president of Amplifi ANZ, the Group’s investment arm.

As president, Brooks will work directly on the large media investments of Dentsu Aegis Network’s clients, ensuring that the Group’s scale and size generates value and connection with all local and international media.

Brooks’ new role is aligned to the global Amplifi business model and along with managing Dentsu Aegis Network’s client investment across all ANZ businesses, he has the additional responsibility for leading programmatic agency, Amnet and The Storylab, Dentsu Aegis Network’s full-service content agency.

Dentsu Aegis Network ANZ CEO Simon Ryan (pictured left) said, “Paul commenced with Carat in early 2014 joining at a time where we were focusing on setting Carat up as a national business.  Paul has worked closely with myself and our management team during this time and has progressed through the company working closely with all our media brands.

“I’m immensely proud of Paul and his achievements delivering standout investment products for our clients and our high performing talent to work with. This new role takes on additional duties for Amnet and The Storylab aligning to our 2020 vision and business plan which I know Paul will do well with.”

Speaking of his new role, Paul Brooks said, “I would like to thank Simon and Dentsu Aegis Network for the continued support plus the opportunity to play a more significant role within the business.

“I look forward to driving greater horizontal integration of Group investment and Partnerships with the additional responsibilities of content and programmatic. This extended remit will play an important role, alongside the broader management team, in realising our ambitious DAN 2020 vision.”
