Customer relationship marketing expert Catherine Graham has joined Clemenger BBDO Melbourne as head of customer experience.
Graham is one of the most experienced CRM specialists in the industry, with a career that has included roles in Australia, the UK and Asia. She has advised major brands including Volvo, American Express, Pernod Ricard, Telstra, ANZ, Myer, Nestle and BMW.
Clemenger BBDO Melbourne managing director, Paul McMillan, says Graham was the outstanding candidate in the search for a person with such depth of skills and experience.
“Catherine joins a rapidly expanding team of CRM professionals here at Clemenger BBDO Melbourne. This is an area of huge growth for our clients and an essential investment in order to maintain our position as a world-class agency.”
Graham says Clemenger BBDO Melbourne has always been an agency she admires.
“In an industry still sadly siloed in its’ thinking, Clemenger truly understands and appreciates the need to put the customer back at the heart of all marketing strategies. I am looking forward to adding further value to our clients by developing tailored, consistent and creative experiences for them that their customers will love.
“This is an agency that doesn’t see the debate over creativity and effectiveness as an either/or conversation. The implementation of insightful customer experience thinking will heighten this unique dynamic,” she said.
