Customer relationship marketing expert Catherine Graham has joined Clemenger BBDO Melbourne as head of customer experience.
Graham is one of the most experienced CRM specialists in the industry, with a career that has included roles in Australia, the UK and Asia. She has advised major brands including Volvo, American Express, Pernod Ricard, Telstra, ANZ, Myer, Nestle and BMW.
Clemenger BBDO Melbourne managing director, Paul McMillan, says Graham was the outstanding candidate in the search for a person with such depth of skills and experience.
