Kerry Boys joins the agency from UM Australia.
With more than 10 years experience in communications, Boys has also worked with Dentsu Aegis Network sister agency, Vizeum in the UK.
She has worked across a broad range of clients throughout her career including Coca-Cola, Heinz, Sony AMP and Cathay Pacific.

Carat has also announced that Christine McKinnon, formally strategy director, has been promoted to the role of head of insights.
