Kerry Boys joins the agency from UM Australia.

With more than 10 years experience in communications, Boys has also worked with Dentsu Aegis Network sister agency, Vizeum in the UK.

She has worked across a broad range of clients throughout her career including Coca-Cola, Heinz, Sony AMP and Cathay Pacific.

Gavin Ashcroft, chief strategy officer, Carat Australia & New Zealand, said: “We are delighted to welcome Kerry to the Sydney team.  I have no doubt that she will be a huge asset to the business, providing support both to Dan and the broader leadership team.”

“Kerry brings experience across strategy, communications planning and business management.  As we continue to invest in our strategy team in Sydney, Kerry’s enthusiasm, passion for media and leadership skills will be central to delivering our ambitions.”

Carat has also announced that Christine McKinnon, formally strategy director, has been promoted to the role of head of insights.

“We are thrilled for Christine; she brings experience and passion to the role.  This role allows Christine to focus on and grow our expertise in consumer insights, an area that she has developed throughout her career,” said Ashcroft.

As the Group Communications Manager for Dentsu Aegis Network Australia & New Zealand, Sarah manages the internal and external communications for the company's 25 diverse marketing and communications businesses, ensuring that the ANZ communications strategy is aligned with the Group's global requirements.
