Aussie digital beauty publication Gritty Pretty has announced the appointment of Eliza Hynd as its advertising and partnerships director.
Hynd joins Gritty Pretty with 15 years’ publishing experience, working across Seven West Media’s fashion masthead, InStyle, as national advertising manager for nine years, and also News Corp’s lifestyle titles Australian Country Style and Notebook.
Most recently, Hynd held the position of partnerships and digital sales director at The Grace Tales and GRACE magazine.
Eleanor Pendleton, founder and editor-in-chief of Gritty Pretty, said Hynd brings incredible professionalism and passion to the publication, with a proven track record in delivering cross platform results for clients in the highly competitive beauty and lifestyle sectors.
“Her strategic approach, creativity and excellent client relationships is instrumental to fast-tracking Gritty Pretty’s commercial growth and enviable targets in 2018,” she said.
Commenting on her appointment, Hynd said: “I am excited to be reunited with Eleanor, former multi-award winning beauty editor of InStyle magazine, and I look forward to pushing the boundaries while consistently maintaining a high standard of quality – not quantity – that Gritty Pretty is renowned for.”
