Awarded Director Melissa Anastasi Joins SO Productions

Melissa Anastasi, a renowned and awarded director, has made the leap and joined the team at SO Productions.

Known for creating immersive story worlds with a distinctive voice and strong artistic vision, Anastasi has a passion for engaging the audience through natural performance and lyrical cinematics.

An award-winning director of drama, documentary, branded content, and music videos, she brings her distinctive visual flair to all of her projects.

Her short films have screened at festivals around the world including Uppsala, Tampere, Cannes, Oldenburg and St Tropez. And now she’s ready to inject authenticity into further branded content and TVC work through freelance representation with SO.

“Melissa brings our offering to ten directors, and her unique lens aligns with our strategy of ensuring a diversity of voices in the work we create for our clients,” said executive director, Andrew Coyle.

“We always want our audience to have a human connection to what they’re watching and Melissa’s work plays to this. We’re elated to have her on board.”
