The new Value a Valuer campaign from Australian Property Institute takes a slight detour from their normal tone with a look into some of the more unusual things Aussie property valuers can face.
The campaign is composed of three 30-second videos centered around real stories from property valuers who have gone above and beyond the standard requirements to deliver proper service.
From an aggressive backyard goat to a family of nudists, the campaign seeks to take a lighthearted tone while promoting accredited professionals and the services they provide.
The campaign will be advertised across a variety of media outlets and radio stations, plus a social media campaign with the hashtag #TrueStoriesOfAValuer to let others share their stories.
“Our Members have a strong desire for the broader public to better understand their professional expertise,” Australian Property Institute CEO Amelia Hodge said.
“This campaign, designed by our GM of Marketing Ilan Werbeloff, is an exciting first step to capturing the public’s interest in property valuation and highlighting the important differences between a real estate appraisal and a full property valuation by a certified valuer.”
