Aussie Video Tech Start-Up Shootsta Launches UK Office

Australian video technology company Shootsta has launched its third overseas office in less than a year, now planting roots in the UK.

The new office will be headed up by Sebastian Deans, former general manager of New Zealand digital technology agency One Fat Sheep.

Deans brings over 10 years of digital marketing experience to Shootsta, having also held roles at Vodafone NZ and design firm .99.

The office launch comes after several key new client wins in Australia including Samsung, Coles and Aristocrat. Shootsta now works with over 116 clients globally, and over the past three months it has won 22 new clients.

Shootsta founder and CEO Mike Pritchett (pictured above, left) said: “With offices now in Australia, Singapore, the US and UK, we can now call ourselves a truly global company,”

“Our challenge now is to adapt and grow our offering in each of these different markets, and to find talent to support each office.”

Shootsta enables companies to create video content at scale, and since being founded in 2015 has raised $1 million in a deal in 2016 with ASX-listed advertising firm AdCorp.
