InMoment, the leading provider of Experience Improvement (XI), announced its client Aussie Home Loans (AHL) has been named the winner of the 2021 Best CX Transformation award.
AHL’s partner, InMoment, was named the winner for Best CX Partner (Technology and Advisory).
The award recognises the impact of AHL’s end-to-end CX transformation program. Between 2019 and 2021, the business overhauled legacy systems and reinvented the customer experience while attracting top broker talent to realise a huge lift in repeat business and record loan settlements.
The judges were impressed with AHL’s commitment to embedding the renewed customer experience across the organisation, using customer champions to create a bottom-up CX culture, reinforced with strong leadership support.
