Are Media Launches TRENDtalks, A Category Insight Series For Marketers

Are Media has launched TRENDtalks, its latest initiative to equip marketing decision-makers with the latest consumer, cultural, and category trends, insights and research.

Each TRENDtalk will focus on a specific industry sector, and feature a panel of leading experts who will share their views, experiences, and predictions of what the future holds for that category.

Hosted by a member of Are Media’s editorial team, each free virtual talk will be supported with female audience insights and specially commissioned research by Are Media.

Travel is the first TRENDtalk category, with panel speakers including Robert Dougan executive general manager strategy and research, Tourism Australia; Andrew Waddel general manager Tourism New Zealand and Anthony Laver group GM, sales and marketing Scenic Tours. Moderated by Gourmet Traveller editor Joanna Hunkin, they will examine how the industry recovers from the devastating Covid pandemic and what it needs to do to restore confidence with the travelling public.

Open to marketers and those working in the travel industry, TRENDtalks: Travel will be held on Tuesday March 30 at 10am.

Andrew Cook, director of sales at Are Media said, “with market conditions and consumer behaviour evolving so quickly, marketers are always on the look-out for emerging trends to help navigate unprecedented times.”

“TRENDtalks has been created to shine a light on specific categories, where industry leaders will frankly share their outlook on the sector and the global trend forecast”.
