Property investment platform BRICKX has announced the appointment of Andrew Balint as its chief marketing officer.
Balint joins BRICKX with a 20-year track record of transformational marketing across customer experience, digital and brands including amaysim, Optus, News Corp, eBay and Qantas.
Prior to joining BRICKX, Balint was one of the first hires at consumer telco amaysim, as marketing director, before being promoted to chief commercial officer when the company listed on the ASX in 2015.
BRICKX CEO Anthony Millet said he was delighted to have someone of Balint’s calibre and experience leading the BRICKX team as a senior executive.
“As an earlier stage business, attracting exceptional and proven talent to help execute grand visions can often be a challenge, so landing Andrew has been a significant coup,” Millet said.
“With experience in building brands from scratch to achieving in excess of one million customers, we look forward to Andrew having a significant impact on the way everyone in Australia invests and accesses residential property investments.”
Balint said it was the exciting and disruptive nature of BRICKX’s model that attracted him to the CMO role.
“I can’t wait to work with the team to make BRICKX a household name known for offering a savvy new way to invest in property,” he said.
