His recent experience includes: * Acting for the Commonwealth Regulator (Comcare) in respect of Work Health and Safety prosecutions * Acting for a major Queensland Government owned corporation in the Queensland Floods Commission of Inquiry * Acting for a major multinational manufacturer in respect of an investigation by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection into 457 visa compliance issues
