Digital Project Manager

This role is ideal for someone wanting to combine their knowledge of paid ad platforms and knack for project management. This is a brand new role, that will play a huge part in ensuring the smooth operation of our incredible Digital team.

Role Purpose

The Digital Project Manager performs a key role in the end-to-end project management across paid digital, ensuring all campaigns run smoothly, on time, and within budget by the most appropriate team member. They are responsible for managing project timelines, tasks, and resources in order to bring excellent digital work to life.

This role will drive communication with key internal and external stakeholders, and ensure client satisfaction and profitability of all delivered projects. You will work closely with the digital team to resource their time, review their work and manage project scope.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • End-to-end digital project management from sales through to completion of the project
  • Planning, managing, delegating, and tracking the completion of digital projects across multiple team members
  • Working closely with individuals and internal teams to ensure all digital projects are being resourced efficiently and can be delivered to tight deadlines
  • Ensuring profitability and client satisfaction of all delivered projects
  • Manage and oversee budget and expenditure on projects
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide project status and end of campaign reports
  • Ensure the workflow, documentation, and delivery standards of Bolster are being upheld
  • Direct teams and resources to interpret clients briefs and ensure the final output is consistent with the client’s expectations
  • Review and QA campaigns prior to launch to reduce the likelihood of error
  • Foresee and manage risks in projects
  • Show a deep understanding of Bolster’s range of digital service offerings and be able to communicate these both internally and externally

What success looks like: The smooth operation of the digital team – where team members are sufficiently able to manage the volume of campaign work coming in whilst maintaining an exceptional level of service for our clients.

About You

  • Project management experience, ideally within a digital agency
  • Understanding of project management principles
  • Experience using project management software
  • Experience communicating with internal teams, for example, campaign managers, strategists, content creators, and social media managers
  • A realistic understanding of time frames across digital disciplines
  • Be comfortable talking about paid digital technologies with clients
  • General ad platform experience including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Spotify Ads Studio and AdRoll highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple projects at once
  • Ability to provide cost estimates and quotations, and monitor budgets
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Be exceptionally organised, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and remain cool under pressure
