Sydney based integrated communications agency Zadro, have secured the contract for the second consecutive year to manage the public and media relations for the Asia-Pacific Incentives & Meetings Expo (AIME) – the largest gathering of business event professionals in the Asia-Pacific region 21 – 22 February 2017 in Melbourne.
Zadro is working with owners of the Expo, Melbourne Convention Bureau and event organisers Reed Travel Exhibitions to set the strategic PR direction for the 25th annual tradeshow in 2017. They will also be implementing a comprehensive PR campaign, exhibitor engagement strategy and providing onsite media management.
Having been part of the meetings and events industry for many years, Felicity Zadro, managing director of Zadro is pleased to be working on driving growth for the AIME 2017 program.
“As a pinnacle event for the Asia-Pacific meetings and events industry, it’s crucial that all communications convey the value of AIME as a marketing initiative, where exhibitors, visitors and hosted buyers have the opportunity to connect and do business. AIME epitomises the value of face-to-face communication.

Ian Wainwright, event director of AIME at Reed Travel Exhibitions, commented on the appointment of Zadro for the second year.

In addition to securing the PR account for AIME, Zadro has recently won work with Hannover Fairs Australia for GovInnovate and CeBIT 2017.
