Yahoo Finance today announced the APAC launch of their global economic event ‘All Markets Summit’ to be held in Sydney on September 26th, 2019.
The summit explores the challenges and changes in each respective region’s economy, as well as the opportunities afforded to businesses and individuals amid a confluence of evolving factors.
Members of the Yahoo Finance editorial team led by Yahoo finance editor in chief Sarah O’Carroll will host a wide variety of discussions with the region’s pre-eminent minds around business, the economy, property and more.
The conversations will focus on the changes that will move our society and economy forward.
Participants will discuss ways in which companies, institutions, government and individuals around the world can best position themselves for 2020 and beyond.
Launched in 2017, the All Markets Summit is Yahoo Finance’s first-ever conference franchise previously held exclusively in New York.
After years of consistent, successful live-stream and on-demand viewership, the event will expand to APAC (Sydney, 26 September) and Europe (London, 3rd October) in 2019.
In addition to attending the events in person, audiences will also be able tune in via live stream on the Yahoo Finance website, Yahoo Finance app, Apple TV, and via Yahoo on the Ro ku Channel and other platforms.
Oath/Verizon Media ANZ director of content, Simon Wheeler, said: “In APAC, more than 11 million users each month rely on Yahoo Finance to keep up to date with the latest news and to make informed investment decisions.
“The first ever APAC ‘All Markets Summit’ will allow our fans to share and experience the content they know and love, in a tangible environment”.
