WordStorm PR To Help Raise Awareness Of Cystic Fibrosis With One Of Its Oldest Living Survivors

WordStorm PR has announced that it will represent one of the oldest living cystic fibrosis survivors, to help raise awareness of the disease’s national fundraising initiative, 65 Roses.

The PR firm will be working with Peter Oxford (pictured above) over the month of May to increase public awareness of 65 Roses, which was created to raise awareness and essential funds to extend and improve the quality of life for people with cystic fibrosis.

Oxford has dedicated his life to raising awareness of his condition and is determined to use his profile and achievements as a beacon of hope for others.

From a young age, Oxford defied all expectations and has dominated the Australian dance competition scene since the mid-1990s.

After noticing a gap in the dance industry, Oxford established Australia’s first national dance competition – the Showcase Australian Dance Championships.

WordStorm PR managing director Monica Rosenfeld said the agency is thrilled to be working with Oxford in raising awareness of cystic fibrosis through 65 Roses.

“It is so important that more Australians know about the fundraising initiative 65 Roses,” she said.

“We really look forward to working with Peter to raise awareness of cystic fibrosis and educate the public on the importance of continuing research.”
