Home and Away was last night’s best performing entertaiment telly, scoring 690,000 viewers as per OzTAM’s metro data.
And, also up there in the entertinment leagues, was the ABC’s Hard Quiz, which had 679,000 viewers. It beat The Block incredibly narrowly – the latter scoring 678,000 viewers.
On top overall was Seven News, which had 1,213,000 viewers, followed by Nine News with 1,075,000. ABC News was next on the news circuit with 769,000 viewers, followed by A Current Affair at 731,000.
The ABC also had 7.30 at 649,000 viewers, as well as new Jan Fran and Wil Anderson fronted panel show Question Everything, which netted 570,000 viewers. Finally, drama Rosehaven had 419,000.
On Seven, The Chase had 604,000 viewers, RFDS had 513,000 and Nurses had 500,000.
For Nine, Hot Seat had 518,000 viewers while Paramedics had 470,000.
Finally, 10’s The Project had 524,000 viewers, The Bachelor had 471,000 and 10 News First had 434,000.
In terms of the daily share, the Nine Network just pipped the Seven Network, ending Seven’s weeks-long winning streak. The Nine Network had 28 per cent while the Seven Network had 27.2 per cent.
In third was Network 10 with 19.1 per cent of the daily share, followed by the ABC TV Network with 17.8 per cent and the SBS Network with 7.9 per cent.
