Adorable Father And Son Whose Homemade Video Went Viral Secures A Denny’s Ad

A few weeks ago, a video of an adorable Tennessee Father and Son duo quickly went viral

In the video, comedian DJ Pryor and his son Kingston were sitting on a couch engaged in some serious banter regarding the season finale of TV show Empire.

The video has over 58 million views on Facebook, but if you’re one of the few that haven’t see it yet, watch below:

The video features the DJ having a conversation with his tiny tot while seemingly understanding every word of his son’s baby babble.

And now, popular US restaurant chain Denny’s is capitalising on the precious father-son bond with a new advertisement for Father’s Day (in the US):

The ad features the father and son once again in deep conversation, this time talking about Kingston’s favourite TV show being canceled, what’s going on in his life and other general musings, all whilst enjoying Denny’s breakfast offerings.

Denny’s chief marketing officer, John Dillon told USA Today: “We knew immediately, we wanted to hear more and invited both father and son to continue their conversation over a meal in a booth at Denny’s.

“This video captures what we’re all about at Denny’s – our commitment to feed people’s bodies minds and souls by bringing people together over a great meal.”

If you shed a tear (or ten), we don’t blame you.
