Marketing technology consultancy Venntifact has been announced as the first Tealium Deployment Certified Partner in Australia.

The certification recognises Venntifact’s ability to help brands collect and organise data, develop a single customer view, and deliver orchestrated customer experiences across owned assets and paid media. It makes Venntifact the first Tealium partner in the region certified to implement Tealium’s technology.

Tealium and Venntifact aim to revolutionise the way Australian brands use data in marketing. By bringing together industry-leading customer data platform (CDP) technology and demonstrated digital strategy expertise, Tealium and Venntifact will help brands to combine data and automated decisioning to deliver omnichannel customer experiences at scale.

Venntifact co-founder Damon Etherington said: “Helping brands to radically improve their understanding and use of data in an ethical way is at the heart of everything we do at Venntifact, which is why working with innovative data partners like Tealium is key to our success.

“We’re delighted to be recognised as Tealium’s first deployment certified partner in Australia, allowing us to help more brands drive ROI from their technology investments, and develop effective strategies to make meaningful connections with customers.

“Venntifact’s unique approach to helping brands develop and scale human skills, team capability and processes alongside technology investments has resulted in incredible results for our enterprise clients.”

Tealium, a leader in real-time customer data orchestration and customer data platforms throughout Australia and globally, allows customer data to become more accessible for all teams within an enterprise.

“The ANZ market is in the middle of a data revolution, with organisations witnessing the true benefits or data orchestration to derive insights in real-time and ultimately deliver a better customer experience,” commented Tealium head of partnerships Mandy Eyles.

“Venntifact is pushing the boundaries of data-driven engagement, so we are excited to announce this certification, expanding on our partnership to enable relevant, personalised experiences for their clients.”

The news follows a period of rapid growth for Venntifact, which recently announced the opening of its Brisbane office, alongside the appointments of ex-PwC James Wawne as director of strategy and data and Deloitte Digital’s Jakub Drhlik as director of consulting.

Since its launch in early 2018, Venntifact has grown to a team of 30, working with brands including Network 10, Westpac and Virgin Australia.
