UnLtd Launches Good News Initiative & Weekly Virtual Backyard Trivia

UnLtd, our industry’s social purpose organisation, has announced two new initiatives to bring the industry together and share positivity during a difficult time.

The #UnLtdGoodNews content series is challenging the industry to share their good deeds, funny WFH moments and isolation hacks on Instagram using the hashtag #UnLtdGoodNews. The best content will be featured in a weekly newsletter bringing our industry some much needed positive news.

UnLtd is also launching a free weekly trivia session, a virtual pub quiz hosted live every Thursday from the backyard of CEO Chris Freel (pictured).

Freel commented: “The last few weeks have turned our industry, and the world as we knew it, upside down. Now more than ever calls for us to band together and unite as an industry, as we navigate our way through this unprecedented situation.

Ordinarily, we would be doing this through our many events and social gatherings but with that now on hold, we wanted to find a new way to bring our industry together. I don’t know about anybody else but I am already going mad being cooped up inside so the chance to have 30 minutes out the back with the industry is very exciting!

We challenge everyone in the industry to take part in spreading some good news by getting involved in our #UnLtdGoodNews initiative – I think we all could use a laugh at the moment! We are also looking forward to hosting our first trivia session on Thursday and I hope to see many of you on the screen.”

UnLtd will also continue to support the mental health of the industry through many initiatives and is continuing its work in connecting the skills and resources of our industry with impactful charities doing critical work with children and young people at risk.

Nina Nyman, CMO of UnLtd commented: “The situation is putting incredible pressures and challenges not only to our charity partners but to everyone in our industry. Every single one of us has been impacted. We are working harder than ever on making sure we can support our charity partners through these tough times and we also want to be there to support our industry. We hope these new initiatives will go a small way towards helping our supporters and bringing a smile to everyone’s face.”

Here is the link to join but get in quick, it’s limited to the first 100 people.
