Underwear Subscription Brand Knobby Shares Loyal Customers’ Stories In New Campaign

Australian underwear subscription brand Knobby is teaming up with its loyal subscribers to share their stories in a new campaign aimed at celebrating extraordinary individuals.

Based on the Sunshine Coast, Knobby claims to be Australia’s leading undie subscription brand reaching subscribers across Australia, Europe, the US and Asia, with its undies featuring an amazing new design every month.

Since launching in 2014, Knobby has built a reputation for embracing down-to-earth larrikins, banter-loving eccentrics, and dedicated professional athletes, including Australian Olympian Caroline Buchanan and Nitro Circus team member Ryan Williams.

Longtime Knobby subscriber Christina Vithoulkas is featured in the new campaign.

After becoming a paraplegic as a result of breaking her back in a freestyle motocross accident, Vithoulkas is about to race drift cars without the use of her legs.

“Most people flip out when I tell them I was back on the bike five months after my injury, and then when they find out I’m building a car to start drift racing, they’re blown away that I haven’t let my injury hold me back,” she said.

“When the team from Knobby asked me to come up for a photo shoot for their new collection, Bad to the Bone, I was surprised because I didn’t think what I’ve been doing is that hardcore.”

Knobby founder and CEO Rob Rand said: “We are absolutely pumped Christina was happy to share her story and let us show people why we think she is just like our latest monthly underwear design, Bad to the Bone.

“Telling a great story is one thing, but telling someone else’s epic story that is very personal means a great deal to us and we can’t wait to share more stories like this.”
