Sunday TV Wrap: State Of Origin Game Two Is Down 100,000 Eyeballs From Last Year

Nine’s State Of Origin killed it and pulled in 1,797,000 viewers – The Bulldog’s Matt Burton made his origin debut. In the theatre, we’d call the game his opening night.

Interestingly the game was slightly down from last year. When the game two pulled in 1.8 million. But I doubt 1.7 million is keeping Nine executives up at night.

Nine News peaked at 870,000 viewers, beating Seven News earned 847,000 viewers.

10’s MasterChef Australia grabbed 518,000 viewers – delicious viewing!

The Sunday Project grabbed 372,000 viewers, Chrissie has her voice back!  10 News First earnt 235,000 viewers.
