TV Network Distracts Kids With Toys So Parents Can Watch Raunchy Drama Without Worry

French TV network Canal+ has teamed up with advertising agency BETC Paris to create a clever solution to keep kids entertained while their parents watch the new season of local X-rated TV drama Versailles.

The series centres around Louis XIV and has a raunchy reputation for its multiple sex scenes. Not ideal for family viewing, right?

So, Canal+ and BETC Paris created ‘Versailles for Kids’ – a collection of toys and a mobile app designed to keep children from viewing explicit content.

Each game is conceived to be played during 52 minutes, the run time of an episode of Versailles.
