Tuesday TV Wrap: The Chase Overtakes Home And Away

Metro viewers couldn’t get enough of The Chase last night with the show narrowly overtaking Home And Away to take the entertainment top spot.

Seven’s The Chase had 488,000 metro viewers on Tuesday night, just overtaking Seven’s Home And Away with 469, 000 views.

Both shows helped Seven secure the top spot with 31.7 percent of views, followed by Nine with 26.0 percent and Network 10 with 16.6 percent. ABC TV Network had a 15.2 percent viewer share and SBS Network received 10.4 percent.

Seven News at 6.30 was the overall winner of the night with 877 000 metro eyeballs. Nine News at 6.30 has 668,000 views.
