Tuesday TV Wrap: Celebrity Apprentice Winner Announcement Tops Entertainment Charts

Shaynna Blaze was crowned the winner of this season’s Celebrity Apprentice, netting 733,000 viewers, as per OzTAM’s metro data.

She beat comedian Ross Noble, he of the excellent hair, for the top spot. In reward, she raised $100,000 for anti-domestic violence charity Voice of Change.

The rest of the episode peaked at 614,000 viewers.

Top overall was Seven News with 1,102,000 viewers, followed by Nine News with 943,000.

Coming in after the Celeb Apprentice reveal was A Current Affair with 732,000 viewers and ABC News with 690,000.

Next in entertainment was Seven’s Home and Away with 657,000, followed by Big Brother with 617,000 and The Chase with 589,000.

For 10, MasterChef ‘s pork wellington pressure test had 563,000 viewers while The Project had 459,000 and 10 News First had 335,000.

The ABC’s 7.30 had 557,000 viewers, Anh’s Brush With Fame – which spotlighted performer Marcia Hines – had 523,0000, while Finding The Archibald had 402,000.

For Nine, Hot Seat had 509,000 viewers.

Who Do You Think You Are? was SBS’s top performer with 290,000 viewers, with an ep exploring the secret past of Malcolm Turnbull.

The Seven Network won overall with 29.9 per cent of the daily share, followed by the Nine Network with 26.9 per cent. Once again, it was a tight competition for third spot, with Network 10 beating the ABC network with 18.2 per cent to 17.0 per cent.

The SBS Network had a round eight per cent.
