Trout Creative Thinking Names Emily Pockley As GM

Emily Pockley (lead image) has joined Trout as general manager following key new business wins including Middy’s, Peerless, Pellicano and Parkwood Doors.

The agency, who specialise in the homemaker, renovation, build and construction sector, has also secured industry partnerships with Design Show Australia, ArchiBuild Expo and Sydney Build.

Gavin Pitcher, Trout’s o-founder and executive creative director, said, “I’m thrilled to welcome Emily to Trout. We are a diverse group and this year we celebrate 30 years of championing a fresh and unconventional viewpoint. Emily brings critical capabilities to drive Trout forward and towards its next milestone.

Pockley’s appointment comes as the agency grows its client and partnership portfolio. With over 20 years’ experience, working in agencies in the UK and Australia including AJF Partnership, BBH and EHS4D, Pockley brings with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise in transformation, innovation, and business growth.

Trout is best known for its long-standing work with the Reece Group including the recent launch of the Reece brand in the US, in addition to MiniJumbuk, ASKO, Beacon Lighting, Sleep Corp and La Marzocco.
