Trafalgar Wins Gold For Consumer Reviews

In the current climate, consumer feedback is the true measure of whether a business or product lives up to its promises.

Guided holiday company Trafalgar is thrilled to announce it has been awarded Gold Trusted Merchant status from Feefo, the global ratings and reviews provider used by the world’s most trusted brands.

Trafalgar’s rating is based on over 7500 independent, unedited guest reviews conducted since late 2014. These are genuine reviews of what guests have experienced on Trafalgar’s guided holidays.

Gavin Tollman, CEO Trafalgar, said: “At Trafalgar, we believe in total transparency. We want people to see the reality of the amazing experiences we deliver. Feefo offers that window – independent, live, un-curated and unedited guest reviews.”

The Trusted Merchant award is based upon the data received from genuine reviews during the previous year. To receive the Gold Trusted Merchant status a business must reach a guest satisfaction rating of between 95% and 100%.

“Independent guest reviews are a powerful form of brand advocacy, and through Feefo we have been able to showcase all that we are and all that we do, through the eyes of our guests.” says Tollman.
