As dedicated readers of B&T would know we love an ad that’s (A) funny and/or (B) dedicated to bodily functions.

So when we found this new gem featuring American comic Kathy Griffin it had B&T writ large. The ad’s for a mysterious foot device called the Squatty Potty which apparently allows the user to move their bowels more efficiently and comes with the tag “We’re all full of shit”.

Check the ad out below (but be warned, the language is a little flowery).

The creative behind the ad, Bravery Films’ Howie Ronay, said the spot was about making fun of “the elephant in the room” and that being “we know a lot of people struggle with this issue, and we decided to take a common colloquial phrase and use it literally,” his comments reported on US industry site Adweek.
