Thursday TV Wrap: Seven Caps Off The Week With A Hat-Trick, Once Again Winning All Key Demos

After a rough start to the year, Seven is back in the game, ending the week with another stellar night.

While AFL numbers were down by half (492,000) compared to last week’s one million viewers, Seven still managed to once again win the night in primary channel share, all channel share, and top the key advertising demos, according to OzTAM metro numbers.

In primary channel, Seven won with 22.6 per cent, Nine did 16.7 per cent and 10 did 9.6 per cent. ABC and SBS did 10.5 per cent and 4.6 per cent respectively.

Seven’s best entertainment show for the night was The Chase with 633,000, 10’s Celebrity Gogglebox USA did 373,000, Nine’s Hot Seat was the entertainment of choice with 503,000, while at the ABC, 335,000 tuned in to watch Sammy J.

Here’s how the rest of the night ran:

Seven

News did 1.08m, Home and Away did 530,000 and Sunrise did 267,000.

Nine

News did 926,000, ACA did 599,000 and Thursday Night NRL Live did 301,000.

The Project did 499,000, and 10 News First did 372,000.

ABC

News did 763,000 and Escape From the City did 319,000.

All channel share 

Seven pulled a huge 34.6 per cent, Nine followed with 24.3 per cent, 10 did 17.2 per cent, while ABC and SBS did 15.3 per cent and 8.7 per cent respectively.
