ESPN will deliver a stacked NBA schedule beginning Wednesday, October 23.
As the exclusive broadcast parter, ESPN will deliver no less than 240 regular season NBA games, the NBA Cup (including Quarter Finals, Semi Finals and NBA Cup Final), All Star Weekend, an enhanced game package for the First and Second Round of the Playoffs, all Conference Finals and the NBA Finals.
A huge opening-day double header begins on Wednesday October 23 at 10.30am AEDT with the defending NBA champion Boston Celtics hosting the New York Knicks.
Following at 1 pm AEDT, the Los Angeles Lakers begin their new era under JJ Reddick, where LeBron James and son Bronny James could become the first father-son pairing to take the court in NBA history.
Thursday, October 24, brings another two games back-to-back from 10.30am AEDT when the Philadelphia 76ers meet the Milwaukee Bucks.
At 1 pm AEDT, the Los Angeles Clippers open their new home at the Intuit Dome against the Phoenix Suns.
Sunday October 27 11 am AEDT, Oklahoma City Thunder and the Chicago Bulls clash with Australia’s Josh Giddey returning to face his former team.
Former Dallas Maverick’s guard, Olympian and Boomer Ryan Broekhoff join’s ESPN’s Kane Pitman along with a host of regular guests throughout the season including former NBA #1 draft pick Andrew Bogut, Rebecca Allen, Andrew Gaze, Lanard Copeland, Jack White and more that will keep hoops fans updated with all the biggest basketball news and discussion from here and the US.
Leading into live NBA games Nothing But Net will air live each Wednesday morning and Friday (post NFL season) morning. Nothing But Net: Weekend Edition will continue to air on Saturday mornings around NBA and Nothing But Net: Aussie Hoops will continue weekly on Thursdays.
