The Monkeys has announced the promotion of Romanca Jasinski (below) to national head of production, and Penny Brown (main photo) to head of production in Sydney.
Jasinski has been promoted from her role as head of production in Melbourne to now steer the production team nationally, whilst Brown steps up from her role as senior producer to lead the production team in Sydney.
Both roles replace long-time serving Monkey, Thea Carone, who was head of production before departing the agency in December last year.
The Monkeys group CEO & co-founder, Mark Green, said: “We are excited to see Romanca and Penny take on new chapters in their careers. They are big talents and will bring a wealth of experience to the wider team. It says something that we needed two talented people to step up to replace Thea who had been with us since the very beginning. Thea was a huge part of our story and Penny and Romanca will be a key part of our future.”
