Can you smell that? It’s pungent but sweet, and betrays a hint of fancy beverages, swanky outfits, perfume, cologne, and an assortment of freshly polished and widely esteemed trophies. That, dear reader, is the smell of success, and it’s right around the corner for a select few at the 2022 B&T 30 Under 30 Awards!
However, that doesn’t mean you too can’t join in the festivities. In fact, we encourage everyone from adland to join us on Thursday, March 31st at The Factory Theatre in Marrickville as we celebrate the best and the brightest young talent our industry has to offer.
While they mightn’t remember the fall of the Berlin Wall or Pat Cash’s gorgeous mullet, our shortlist of nominees is well beyond their years when it comes to attitude, determination, and output, and we can’t wait to give them the kudos they so deserve in the form of a coveted B&T 30 Under 30 gong (and the resulting bragging rights).

The 30 Under 30 Awards, presented by Vevo, are widely regarded as the leading showcase for the brightest young talent working across marketing communications.
Three outstanding individuals will be recognised for their achievements in each of the 10 categories, as well as a Grand Prix award for the most influential individual overall.
