Get ready to watch yet another group of overweight Aussies be put through their paces to shed the kilos, with Network Ten giving viewers a first look at the new season of The Biggest Loser.
Hosted by international model and former contestant Fiona Falkiner, along with personal trainers Shannan Ponton and Libby Babet, The Biggest Loser: Transformed will take a different approach this time around – helping contestants transform how they think and feel, as well as how they look.
Ten revealed that new food challenges will form an integral part of the contestants’ success, along with physical tests.
Under the guidance of resident psychologist Glenn Mackintosh, contestants will also learn about body image, ‘self-love’, and the impact weight and fitness has on their overall health.
Furthermore, each of the contestants will have a personal goal to hit – whether it is the confidence to wear a bikini for the first time, date again or feel beautiful in their wedding dress.
Perhaps the new season of The Biggest Loser might inspire you to don the activewear and go for a jog?
