Frank Digital Appointed By Employsure To Roll Out Digital Platform

Frank Digital has been appointed by Employsure to redesign and rebuild its digital platform following a competitive pitch.

Employsure provides small and medium-sized business owners with a full suite of services across employment relations and health and safety: 24/7 access to advice, face-to-face consultations, documentation, workplace compliance reviews, workshops, on-site support, and protection.

Frank Digital’s founder and creative director, Matt Barbelli (featured image) said: “Employsure has experienced an exceptional journey: challenging the status quo, innovating with a new service category, and extraordinary growth in just eight short years.

“Employsure saw the opportunity to refresh and rethink their digital assets to better connect with their target audience and clearly convey the service offering.”

Employsure selected Frank Digital for their understanding of the complex B2B environment they operate in and the opportunity to transform the way SMEs learn about services they often don’t know are available.

Employsure senior marketing manager, Nicole Chehine added: “We wanted to challenge the way we connect with SMEs in the digital space by creating a platform that simplifies the service offering and provides the information we know SMEs are looking for.

“Frank Digital clearly understood our objectives and offered solutions that addressed them.”

According to the Employsure workplace index research report, small business employers don’t know where to go to find help, with over one third admitting they rely on Google for information on managing their fair work obligations.

Chehine said: “This is where Employsure saw an opportunity to tailor to the needs of SMEs wanting advice and support for their workplace relations issues.”

Frank Digital’s head of experience design, Glen Jeffreys said: “It’s a privilege to be working with such an innovative, customer-focused client.

“From the very beginning of the project, Employsure has been an enthusiastic participant in our strategic, user-centric approach to design and development.

“We’re conducting in-depth interviews and research with businesses across Australia and New Zealand to define the content strategy and ensure we deliver the very best user experience for Employsure customers and staff.”

Jeffreys added: “We are looking forward to the design, development and SEO optimisation phases of the project, building upon the successes Employsure have already achieved.

“As with all of Frank Digital’s clients, we’ll be guided by our research insights, user testing feedback and considerable in-house experience at each step of the journey.”
