The largest global IT leadership survey  conducted annually by Harvey Nash reveals a more creative, influential CIO, but 65 percent are hindered by the greatest tech skills shortage since 2008. Here’s B&T’s pick of the five most interesting figures and insights from the survey

  • 65% of CIOs report they can’t find talent fast enough, up from 59% last year and it’s not been so bad since about 2008
  • 44% are going to increase their team size in the coming year (there goes the budget)
