TAB Pays Tribute To Industry In Latest Campaign

TAB has paid tribute to the thousands of industry participants around the country working to keep racing operating as part of the ‘Back the Industry and Bet with TAB’ campaign.

The campaign celebrates TAB’s integral position in Australia’s racing industry and the role TAB plays to ensure the sustainability of the sport, highlighting that TAB gives back more than four times to the industry than our competitors (based on a ratio of industry returns to turnover from the 2019 financial year).

Tabcorp Managing Director, Wagering and Media Adam Rytenskild said: “Bet with TAB is about celebrating and backing those who are integral to our racing industry. We know how important the participants who work both behind the scenes and in the spotlight are to keeping racing going, especially during these times of uncertainty.”

“As an Australian company, we understand the importance of TAB giving back greater than four times more than our competitors to all three codes of racing in Australia, helping the sustainability of the sport we all love. The Australian racing industry employs over 100,000 people and we at TAB are very proud to play a part in supporting racing and Australian communities at this time.”

‘Bet with TAB’ compliments the launch of Long May We Play in September 2019 which highlighted TAB’s position in Australia’s racing and sporting lives.

The campaign focused on the role TAB plays in celebrating the moments we experience as racing and sports fans by keeping Australians connected and the social experience it provides whether it be at a track or watching a game and/or race on the TAB app or in a TAB venue.
