Sydney-based online cloud solution for marketing compliance, Law of the Jungle, has beaten the world’s best firms to win a prestigious RegTech Markets 2017 Spotlight Award.
RegTech Markets, a global community for regulatory technology, inaugurated these awards to “shine a light on the world’s best and brightest RegTech companies”. A panel of 30 industry experts reviewed and voted on 135 technology solutions from around the world.
Law of the Jungle won in the General Compliance category. The award gives global recognition to a solution that has been rapidly adopted by enterprises in key vertical sectors including financial services, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, fast-moving consumer goods, gaming, leisure and entertainment and energy
Companies like Star Entertainment, George Weston Foods and iNova Pharmaceuticals are realising the benefits of bringing automation and intelligence to an age-old problem – how to get marketing communications through the essential compliance checks without red ink and endless rounds of editing.
CEO and Founder of Law of the Jungle, Mr Greg San Miguel (main picture), said “we are delighted to be receiving worldwide recognition for our cloud-based platform that is risk-proofing the marketing of brands, and making legal protection agile and effortless.
“Our program has seen a huge productivity boost for brands and enterprises keen to accelerate their go to market and scale their effectiveness. Best of all it has meant users can execute their marketing activities faster, with more certainty and built in brand protection,” he added.
Marketing compliance is a flagship but the company also has a major position in compliance learning, via its Better Business e-learning platform.
And like the Marketing solution, the learning program has a global footprint. Treasury Wine Estates has recently rolled out the program globally, in a coordinated project run out of Napa California and across the legal jurisdictions of North America, Europe and Asia.
