In May 2016, Swisse joined Australian Cricket Legend and brand ambassador Ricky Ponting, in Mumbai India, on a colourful journey to capture the sporting icon in his element for the new Swisse 2017 Cricket campaign.
The new campaign features Ricky celebrating his love for the sport with the Indian community and how Swisse is part of his daily routine. The integrated campaign takes you behind the scenes proving insight into Ricky’s passion for Swisse, cricket, health and happiness, and celebrates his 10 years as a Swisse Ambassador.
“We’re really excited to launch this campaign as the creative is unlike anything we have captured before. We turned the streets of a small fishing village in Mumbai into an extraordinary setting of street cricket. The team worked with a local production crew of over 100 people, filming over two days in the sweltering heat.

“The locals happily joined in for a game of backyard cricket ‘Indian style’ with Ricky, which was a dream come true for this passionate cricket community,” Swisse director of marketing & sales, Michael Howard said.
“This year Ricky celebrates 10 years with Swisse. The new campaign plays homage to our long standing partnership with the cricket legend and showcases his passion for the sport and life. The new TVC will run from January 1 2017, during Network Ten’s 2017 Big Bash season, and will feature some of Ricky’s favourite products: Swisse Men’s Ultivite, Swisse Ultiboost Liver Detox and Swisse Ultiboost Glucosamine Sulfate.
