Subaru Australia Ambassador and ARIA award-nominated artist, G Flip, has created a catchy tune exclusively for Subaru Australia along with an original film clip featuring the Subaru XV.

The bespoke music ‘I like what I see’, and film clip, both written and produced by the platinum-selling star encompasses all that Australians have come to love about Subaru in one simple catchy phrase.

G Flip added: “I have loved cars ever since I was a kid and I grew up with Subaru in my family. My dad would drive me to school in his Subaru and my early memories as a kid are on road trips in that car. So, when Subaru invited me to be their ambassador, I was stoked!”

The campaign featuring G Flip and the Subaru XV showcases the amazing features, both inside and out that are synonymous with this much-loved compact SUV and what makes a Subaru.

Trent Whitechurch, national marketing manager at Subaru Australia, said: “G Flip is a multi-talented artist and we love the fact that G Flip was already a massive fan of Subaru, so it was a no-brainer to have them create a bespoke campaign and catchy music for what is a great compact SUV – it’s designed with attitude and built for fun!”

Subaru Australia’s social agency, Connecting Plots, have brought Subaru and G Flip’s collaboration to life by promoting the campaign across an array of digital platforms, such as Spotify, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
