St.George Bank has launched its 2020 Christmas campaign, bringing to life the importance of connection and generosity of spirit, with the help of advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi.
The ‘For The Road’ campaign follows the story of Danny, 10, in his quest to bridge the social distancing gap with his dad, by making a meaningful Christmas gift, with the help of his Little Dragon.
St. George head of brand and advertising Kate Kissane said Christmas has always been a special time on the company calendar.
“It’s the time of year where we celebrate connecting with our customers and community, and our annual campaign is a big part of that,” she said.

“We really enjoyed showing our Little Dragon’s tender side in this latest Christmas spot for St.George,” Mike Spirkovski, Saatchi & Saatchi chief creative officer Mike Spirkovski added.
“It’s not what you spend, it’s what you give is an important message for families this year given the challenges of 2020 and we hope it inspires a more meaningful holiday season.”
The campaign will launch with television, social and pre-roll content, digital, out-of-home, in cinema and in-branch.
