Spark Foundry has announced two more key promotions, aimed at further strengthening its investment and digital capabilities.

Effective immediately, Sue-Ellen Osborn (left in main photo) moves from her position as group activation director, to the elevated new role of Sydney head of investment. Meanwhile Greg Cattelain (right), formerly national head of programmatic, steps into the new role of national head of biddable.

As part of her remit, Osborn will head up the agency’s activation product in Sydney, charged with leading a proactive approach to investment solutions, and driving commercial advantage for Spark’s clients. Osborn will also be responsible for the development and mentoring of the activation directors and group directors in the Sydney market.

Meanwhile, Cattelain’s role is strategically aimed at bringing together Spark Foundry’s programmatic, e-commerce, social and search departments under a unified and flexible multi-skilled team.

Spark Foundry CEO, Imogen Hewitt, said: “Spark Foundry has an award-winning activation team, totally integrated, all in house and with end-to-end accountability to our clients. This model affords us the ability to develop activation talent with next generation readiness. Both Sue-Ellen and Greg have proven their ability to strike the perfect balance of craft excellence, future focus, and exceptional leadership. Our agency focusses on how growth translates to opportunity for our people, and as such, I could not be happier that our momentum allows us to make these well-deserved promotions”.

Osborn said: “After working at multiple agencies within Publicis Groupe for over 19 years, I am thrilled to now be working across Spark Sydney’s entire portfolio of clients. I truly enjoy helping brands to connect with their consumers and thrive on creating the innovative and effective media partnerships to make that happen. Spark boasts such an exceptional team of talented, innovative activation specialists and I look forward to collaborating with them, while helping to grow their careers”.

Cattelain said: “I’m thrilled by the opportunity to further contribute to the development of the digital product at Spark and to lead a team of such talented people across our departments. The convergence of search, social and programmatic is strategic to Spark continuing to deliver best-in-class solutions for our clients”.
