Canadian electro-pop starlet Kiesza is spearheading the new #WhatWeBring global social movement from Smirnoff.
After a stellar 2015 that includes racking up a number of solo hits and working with some of the biggest names in the EDM scene, that include the likes of Duran Duran and American DJ royalty JACK U, Kiesza has put her unique vocals behind a new campaign from Smirnoff with the launch of her new track ‘Give it to the Moment’.
An infectious and a real ear worm of a track, it was produced by Djemba Djemba who’s recently worked with the likes of Madonna, and features a spectrum of synths, base lines and cinematic drops that create a euphoric tune and likely hit with Australian EDM audiences.

The track is part of a new Smirnoff global campaign that embraces and celebrates the brand’s philosophy of inclusivity. Recognising how the power of music can bring together people from all walks of life, the brand unveiled #WhatWeBring – a global social movement, powered by music collaborations that span the globe.
“[This campaign] is unlike anything we’ve ever done before, designed to carry a message of inclusivity around the world. We use new means and media to reach a generation that’s more diverse and connected than any other. Through native digital content, influencers and the universal language of music, we tell a deeper story with the ultimate ambition of removing barriers to inclusion,” said VP global content Smirnoff Tim Parkinson.
The #WhatWeBring campaign will culminate in a full length documentary, to be released in November, that follows the track’s remix journey around the globe—revealing how some of today’s most creative and diverse artists are bringing the influence of their local environment and culture to create something original. The remixes will span five continents and incorporate the cultural influences of five artists, including Australia’s very own Cassian who will mix alongside global names.
